The rules are simple :

- spam = ban
- who swears will get tears ( otherwise he will be mad at him self for being banned)
- no offencive languages except in country bars.

you can make country bars... this will say that you can make a topic where you can talk your own language... Like ill make a dutch bar where everyone talks dutch. BUT dont swear to someone in that language as well... if some one will he will get a warning . seccond time is 1 weak bann. 3 warnings means ban for ever and ever and ever and EVER.
